About
Lisa S. Thatcher has extensive experience in P-16 program evaluation and research associated with government contract and private grant sources. Through her work she collaborates with universities, school districts, and foundations to produce thorough evaluations yielding content that is utilized to create data-driven decision-making. At the Center for Evaluation, Policy, & Research (CEPR) at Indiana University, she is the coordinator for international summer undergraduate research fellowships for the Amgen Foundation’s Amgen Scholars Program, and co-coordinator of the National Association of Independent School’s High School and Middle Grades Surveys of Student Engagement.
Ms. Thatcher incorporates her all-ages history museum educator past with her B.A. in Anthropology from Indiana University, to contextualize her work inside of socio-cultural constructs. She focused on LGBTQ+ HR policy change during her Master's in Leadership Development at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College where she is now pursing her PhD in Global Leadership with a focus on the intersection of identity and restorative justice inside of leadership pathways.
