Sheryl R. Wilson, M.L.S., Doctoral Candidate (Ed.D., Higher Education Policy and Leadership, University of KS), is Vice President of Culture and Belonging at Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas, where she provides executive leadership on institutional culture, belonging, and restorative practices in higher education. With more than 20 years of experience, she works with faculty, staff, administrators, and students to advance relational, equity-centered approaches to leadership and conflict engagement.

She holds a Master of Liberal Studies from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a focus on restorative justice. As a Kansas state-approved mediator, Sheryl serves on the Kansas Supreme Court’s Advisory Council on Dispute Resolution  She previously served as Executive Director of the Kansas Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (KIPCOR) at Bethel College. From 2017-2022, Sheryl served as president of the NACRJ board of directors.

Her scholarship includes a chapter in Colorizing Restorative Justice: Voicing Our Realities, "Calling Out Whiteness" (2020). She is the co-author of The Little Book of Restorative Justice and Community (2026), and a contributing author to Developing Deans: Transforming Academic Leadership on "Leveraging Slow Leadership to Develop Deans" (2026).
