This transformative course begins with core Restorative Justice principles and progresses through practical implementation strategies. Participants will master the Circle process for building trust and inclusive communities, while developing expertise in advanced intervention techniques including Accountability Circles, Group Author Conferences, and Restorative Conferences.
The curriculum emphasizes organizational change management, providing participants with tools for building institutional buy-in, developing assessment frameworks, and creating trauma-informed practices. Special attention is given to equity and cultural responsiveness, ensuring RJ implementation addresses systemic oppression and serves diverse student populations effectively.
