With that growth comes increased opportunities for trainings, conferences, and events to deepen one’s relationship with these practices. In our commitment to continual learning, practice, and facilitating connections, we offer this calendar as a go to place to share and find community and restorative justice events.

The Minnesota Department of Education, Office of Equity and Engagement is offering Restorative Practices in Schools and Communities Restorative Skills Sessions and Circle Trainings this June in Cloquet. Restorative practices (RP) is an approach schools can use to improve school climate and repair relationships, based in the knowledge and world-view of many Indigenous cultures.
MDE works in partnership with the Minnesota community of restorative practices trainers, Lakes Country Service Cooperative, Mickelson Consulting, Riverbottom Resources, and Cloquet Restorative Justice Program to offer these trainings.
All sessions and trainings will be facilitated by restorative practices practitioners/trainers. Space is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
People seeking other training options can also review offerings in Roseville and Bemidji.
2-Day Circle Training: $165
1-Day Circle Training: $80
