Executive Director

Restorative Justice Community Justice Non-Profit Other

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT:

Colorado Coalition for Restorative Justice Practices (CCRJP) is hiring our next Executive Director

Summary & Introduction:

CCRJP is seeking a skilled strategic leader and relationship-builder who understands lasting impact requires strong foundations. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully secured core support, capacity-building, and infrastructure funding—not just for programs, but for the people, systems, and tools that make sustainable change possible.

CCRJP is not a direct service provider; it is a statewide network of restorative justice practitioners, organizations, supporters, and partners working to advance policy, coordination, and community-based capacity. Our ideal leader has experience building a movement/organization who believes in investing in an ecosystem of change. This person understands that collaborative infrastructure building, fundraising, leadership development, equity work, and systems change require long-term, flexible support.

This leader will bring fluency in language around capacity building, general operating support, and movement infrastructure, and is comfortable helping funders see the deep impact of investing in coordination, training, evaluation, and policy advocacy that advances restorative practices in Colorado.

Mission: CCRJP is a member-driven organization creating public access to high-quality restorative practices.

Vision: All Coloradans have equitable access to high-quality restorative practices that foster healing and community-accountability.

Our Purpose:

To connect, inspire, nourish and listen to restorative justice practitioners from across the state of Colorado so that they may be more supported in their advancement of restorative practices.

CCRJP supports the common interests of members by:
