Community Mediation & Restorative Services (CMRS) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead our next chapter of impact and growth. This is a unique opportunity to guide a respected nonprofit at the forefront of mediation and restorative practices, working across communities to repair harm, build understanding, and create more just systems.
With an annual budget of approximately $1.4 million, CMRS partners with courts, schools, local governments, and community organizations throughout Minnesota. Our work centers equity, access, and community voice—and we’re looking for a leader who shares those values.
